Antenna Coupler National Rd-9830 Preselector Bcl Listening Ham Radio Shortwave

The exterior is in good condition with no noticeable scratches. There is a slight mark where white paint was removed (see photo 14). The accessories are all that are in the pictures. Only the power is confirmed. It is approximately 40 years old and its operation is unconfirmed.
