Hy-Gain Tailtwister T2X Antenna Rotator Direction Control Box Ham Radio CB TV FM

This is a Hy-Gain Desktop Control Box for use with the "Tailtwister" model # T2X Heavy-Duty Antenna Rotators. It is the desktop controller unit only, and does not include the Motor Unit or interconnect cabling. It can control any of the CDE/Hy-Gain/MFJ "HAM-Series" Rotators, such as the HAM-M. HAM-II, HAM-III, HAM-IV that use an 8-wire control cable between the controller and the motor unit.

It can also control many of the same brands' 6-Wire rotators that don't use the two-brake wires as in the heavy-duty rotators, such as the CD-44, TR-44, and others. It appears to be in good physical condition, and all switches and controls move smoothly.

This control box has had the update kit which replaces the 8-screw terminals on the rear panel with the later 8-pin jack, for the control cable. It didn't come with an instruction manual, but it's available for free on-line download, which gives installation and hookup instructions for use. At the time of this listing, I also have a complete Tailtwister Rotator with the motor unit, control box and mast mounting clamp in a separate listing, as well as other rotators.
