JPC-12 High-End 100W 7-50MHz Portable Shortwave HF Antenna Balcony Outdoor PAC
JPC-12 High-End Version 7MHz-50MHz 100W Portable Shortwave Antenna Balcony Outdoor Shortwave Antenna Description: The JPC-12 portable shortwave antenna can be used as a field or balcony-mounted antenna. It is a mini portable antenna specifically designed for outdoor communication. Easy and quick to set up, it can be assembled by one person in just five minutes. Features: Loading Coil with Sliding Tuner We have once again optimized the loading coil. On top of the original single spring contact, we added an extra one to increase the contact force, making the connection between the contact and the coil more reliable. The new version of the antenna replaces the adjustment screw and plug used on the original JPC-7 and PAC-12 with a sliding tuner, making SWR adjustment simple and effortless-just slide the tuning block gently with your finger. Aluminum Alloy Base Anodized black finish Oxidized Aluminum Tubes Dimensions: 19×320 mm (anodized and sandblasted finish) 10-Strand Flat Cable for Counterpoise Tear off as needed during use; typically, three strands are sufficient. Ground Anchor Dimensions: 10×240 mm (no electroplating treatment, to maintain good grounding) Telescopic Antenna Custom 2.5-meter stainless steel telescopic antenna Dedicated Cloth Bag The internal compartments are well-organized for convenient storage. Note: The above parameters may vary slightly depending on the environment.
You can make minor adjustments based on your actual operating conditions. The antenna does not include the JPC-7 base, clamps, adapters, feeder line, antenna base, or loading coil for balcony installation.
Precautions: This listing does not include the feed line. Place the counterpoise ring directly onto the ground anchor's screw rod and tighten it to the base. Then assemble in the following order: Connector Base? If you have an antenna analyzer: First, locate the point with the lowest SWR and check whether the resonant frequency is too high or too low. If the resonant frequency is too high, the antenna is too short - extend the telescopic antenna or increase the number of turns on the loading coil.
If the resonant frequency is too low, the antenna is too long - shorten the telescopic antenna or reduce the number of coil turns. If you don't have an antenna analyzer: Use the built-in SWR meter on your transceiver. Then follow the same method above to fine-tune the antenna. When using the counterpoise, tearing off 3 to 4 strands is sufficient. Adjusting the angle of the counterpoise can change the antenna's impedance.
