You can see these verticals in a phased setup on my Youtube video. Copy the link and watch the video. For sale -what you get!

1 x 1/4 wave vertical antenna pre-tuned for the band stated. 4 x short guy ropes for connection of the radials to your ground pegs. SWR is below 1.2:1 across the full band!!!! This will not change when used at various settings.

This antenna is a raised /elevated design meaning the radials are part of a tuned circuit and can not lie on the ground. The antenna design is such that the radials are part of the guy system which addresses the issue of supporting the elevated radials. This antenna efficiency is high with around 270 ground radials being needed to match the performance of the 4 elevated radials so stop using mono poles or loaded verticals when portable.

The antenna feedpoint design is around 45 Ohms so perfect for 50 ohm feeder. Antenna has been tested at 2kW and in 120mph winds, the construction of the antennas is to a high standard and can not be stressed enough.

The guy plate / assembly plate is 10mm thick and the wire used is a flexible 4mm diameter. Connection of coax is via an SO239 socket. How to use the antenna.

Slide the plate over a 8-10m non-conductive mast (fibreglass etc). Best performance is using a 10m mast where the feedpoint sits up about 2.5m form ground. Tape or cable tie the radiating element along the mast. Roll out the radials /guys and peg into the ground. Note Do Not peg the radials straight into the ground the end of the radial must be at least 6 inches off the ground so ensure the support cord is used. Attach some coax using a PL259 plug. Tape coax down remaining length of the mast. All you need is your mast, coax and 4 x pegs.
