Ring type: Stainless steel 8mm (1mm thick). Buff:LW:20dB;MW:40dB;SW:30dB.
Power requirements: 5V charging; power supply 9V-13.8V. This product does not include local national tariffs. Suitable for 10kHz-50MHz longwave, medium wave, and shortwave reception. Advantage 1: The magnetic field type loop antenna is insensitive to nearby electrical interference, and has lower noise compared to long wires. Advantage 2: The loop antenna has clear directionality, with null points corresponding to the plane of the loop at right angles, which can attenuate interference from these directions, while the best reception is achieved when the side of the loop faces the signal.
It can also be used with portable radios that have an external antenna interface for better listening results. Advantage 4: When installed at the same height, it provides reception comparable to a 20-meter end-fed antenna, offering better common-mode suppression and highly accurate signal reception. Below 3MHz, it outperforms 20-meter end-fed reception.
It uses high-Q filters to filter signals above 50MHz, effectively avoiding issues such as FM interference in shortwave. Advantage 5: The feed box is powered by 3 18650 batteries, rechargeable for repeated use, avoiding interference from power supply. It also has a DC interface for connecting a linear power supply, suitable for users who control the antenna remotely (linear external power supply and charger need to be provided by the user). Advantage 6: Adjustable gain, equipped with an independent adjustment switch, allowing fine-tuning of amplification at the antenna end. This ensures optimal amplification for antennas installed at different distances. Advantage 7: The loop and fixed metal parts are made of high-strength stainless steel, corrosion-resistant. The antenna box is waterproof-sealed, effectively protecting the circuit board from moisture and allowing long-term outdoor installation.
Advantage 8: Comes with high-quality molded waterproof feeder cable, low loss, sturdy, and durable. Ring antenna box integrated, ring diameter available in 1 meter / 55 cm.
Feeding box, built-in 3 high-capacity 18650 batteries. 2 fixing pieces, 4 screws. TNC male to SMA male feeder cable, length optional. SMA to BNC male cable, length 1 meter (except custom orders).BNC female to SMA male, BNC female to 3.5 male. Package 2: Package 1 plus the following 2 items. Steel pipe, height 1.5 meters. Lay the loop flat with the back side facing up, place the steel pipe into the groove near the wall, align the top of the steel pipe with the top of the antenna box, snap on the fixing piece, use a Phillips screwdriver to lightly screw in the screws a few turns to prevent slipping, and after aligning properly, tighten them fully.
Check if the pole and the loop are securely fixed. Pull down the large four-legged stand, then fold outward, place the stand at the installation site, insert the pole with the fixed loop into the stand, and tighten the stand's fixing screw. Screw the TNC feeder cable onto the antenna's interface, connect the SMA male connector to the ANT triangular marking interface on the back of the feeder box - this interface carries DC power. Screw the SMA to BNC cable into the RADIO interface; this side is the signal output, and the interface order must not be reversed. Slide the switch on the front panel of the feeder box to the right to turn on battery power. Rotate the gain knob clockwise to adjust the gain. Note: the knob has a limit and cannot rotate 360 degrees. Due to the large battery capacity, charging time is 5-7 hours. If using an external power supply, prioritize a linear regulated power supply. The connector should be 5.5×2.1mm, center positive, outer negative, with a voltage of 9-13.8V. When the sliding switch is on the left, it indicates external power supply. For first-time antenna installation, please read the instructions carefully.
Keep the loop away from other metal objects, walls, etc. And install it in as open a space as possible.
If used indoors, install near a window or on a balcony as much as possible. Do not disassemble the antenna or feeder box yourself. Manual damage is not covered by free repair. The color of the housing or other details may change without additional notice.
