Wind load when mounted in a tower. Motor runs smooth and tracks 360 deg as shown in the photos on the controller in the S, W, N, E, S DIRECTIONS, the control has a few scratches blemishes etc.

All switches and light functions as should , a 8 lug terminal board wiring connections on the rotor are new screws. I have installed towers and been rebuilding rotors for 30+ years and take great pride and joy in dong so, let me rebuild your rotors to look and run like this.
