When using a higher power antenna analyzer, there is no requirement on the shape of the feeder.
The first circle is near the whip antenna. Counting starts from the side with the fixed coil screw, half turns with screws are not counted. When the standing wave is adjusted, if there is an antenna analyzer, first find the lowest point of the standing wave and check the resonance frequency. If the resonance frequency is high, the antenna is short.
Need to lengthen the whip antenna or increase the number of coils of the induction coil. If the resonance frequency is low, shorten the whip antenna or reduce the number of turns of the induction coil. If you don't have an antenna analyzer, use the standing wave table that comes with your radio. Press the transmitting key, rotate the radio frequency knob, find the minimum point of standing wave in each frequency band, look at the level of the resonance frequency, and then use the above method to adjust. 40-meter wave band: 7.050-counting from the side of aluminum tube, which is the 5th and 4th circles (silver mark position), the rod antennas on both sides are all pulled out, the standing wave of 7.050 is 1.2-1.5.
20-meter wave band: 14.270-The 7th and 9th turns (golden marked position) are counted from the side of the whip antenna. After all 10 sections of the whip antenna are pulled out, shorten the whip on one side by about 10cm. Please note that what is shortened is the whip antenna on one side, and the other side does not need to be adjusted. 15-meter band: 21 megabytes are two turns on each side of the whip antenna, with the rod all pulled out. 10-meter wave band: Pull out all ten sections of the whip antenna, and then retract one of the whip antennas to about 7cm.The standing wave of 29.600 is 1.2.
