Military Surplus UHF Radio SORAK special ops radio antenna MFR 1L397 Prepper HAM

It does appear the watt gauge that is included has a needle problem, Im not sure but look at the pics and the needle is stuck on about 20 watts, I dont think this is correct. I dont know anything about this. This came from an estate.

I have 2 of these kits and they are exactly the same. The only thing that is missing from the kits is the instruction manuals. Please do your research on these kits.
