Antenna, 75/80M Sloper for limited space applications

Here is a nice 75/80 Meter reduced size Sloper antenna that won't take much real estate to install. Ruggedly built for years of service this antenna mounts on your tower/pole/tree (about 25 feet or so is ok) with the radiator sloping toward the ground at about a 45 degree angle. (not critical) Features a mostly omni-directional pattern but does have a bump in the pattern toward the slope. It requires the use of some type of "choke" in the feedline just under the antenna.

This can be a commercially built "line-isolator" if you like but honestly a few turns of coax formed into a coil a few inches in diameter and held with ty-wraps works just as well. Even an Ugly-BALUN is fine. This is the little brother to our world famous sloper for 160M now in use in 58 countries.
