We have no documentation on this controller. Obviously intended for blind Hams as a way to turn their antennas.

We did find out from a blind Ham that the theory of operation for the NRS Ham-SP Controller is the Op rotates and sets the Braille dial to his/her preferred heading, then pushes the start button. The controller automatically releases the rotor brake, transmits an audible sine wave while the rotator moves to the set heading, where the tone ends and the brake sets 5 seconds later.
