Hy-Gain BN-4000B Broadband 50 Ohm Beam Current Balun for 1 - 54MHz Handles 4000W. The BN-4000 is a current-type balun whose primary function is to provide the proper current paths between unbalanced coaxial cable and a balanced antenna feedpoint. The BN-4000 uses ferrite beads over a short length of coax cable to choke-off the flow of RF on the outside of the coax shield. Loss: less than 0.1dB.
